Make sure your batteries are properly installed (+) and (-) correctly match up inside the remote. Also, make sure your batteries are not depleted. Use AAA alkaline batteries only. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Make sure the power cord is completely inserted into the receptacles on the back of the air control unit and power adaptor.
