What do I do if my shipment arrived damaged?Updated a month ago

In the rare case that your product was damaged during shipment, please follow these instructions:

 

Damaged item is still in home (Recommended Method): 

  1. If the item is already in your home, please send our support desk pictures to document the damage. You can email them directly at [email protected]
  2. Once pictures are received and reviewed, our team will be able to place the replacement order. 
  3. This is the fastest and recommended method.

Damage Item removed by delivery team (This may take more time): 

  1. In order for our warranty department to be able to ship out any replacement components, we will be following these steps, which may delay receipt of replacement.
  2. Our team will be required to request pictures from delivery team of damaged items.
  3. Our team will place replacement order for all parts needed to fulfill the order.
  4. You will receive an email with the replacement order.
