Pending (Pending financing, layaway, waiting for check): We are waiting for payment before we can invoice the order. 

Awaiting Fulfillment:  Order is paid in full and is in the process of being sent to vendors. 

In process: Order has been confirmed by the vendor and the order confirmation has been reviewed and uploaded. 

Shipped: Tracking has been uploaded for all order items.

Completed: Tracking shows delivered

RMA Requested: The customer has requested to return their mattress and has been sent an RMA form. 

RMA Approved: Customer has returned the RMA form, and the form has been signed and approved by a manager. At this point the customer is ready to be scheduled for a pick up. 

RMA Confirmed Delivery: The returned mattress has been received by American National and a credit memo can be issued for a refund of the order. 

Mattress Refunded: Credit memo has been processed and the customer is refunded for their mattress (or order under rare circumstances)
