If a customer wants to swap their mattress for another mattress of a different configuration (Ex. changing a queen to a king or a split mattress to a standard), the new mattress will become a final sale item. You must inform the customer and ask if they wish to proceed. 

Non-returnable items cannot be swapped (Including adjustable bases) 

The customer will pay the difference between the original mattress and the new one (no trial discounts apply) 

To process a mattress swap: 

1. Quote the price of the new mattress. 

2. Let the customer know they will be refunded on the old order when the return is received.            Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. 

3. Inform the customer to keep the original bed until the new bed arrives. They will then pack up      the new bed and call or email the service desk to set up a pick up with fed ex. 

4. Process the new order in Magento.
